Terms and Conditions

I acknowledge that I am 18 or older and meet the residency requirements for this opportunity. I understand that Motif Blue pays all sponsorships directly to provider and that funds must be claimed within six months of approved request. I further understand that all decisions made by the Motif Blue Board of Directors and advisors are final.

After submitting your request our team will review your application within three (3) weeks. You will receive a response via email. If your application is approved you must acknowledge and sign the Sponsorship Agreement within six months in order to receive these funds.
